My second time at this place. I get the “tokubetsu” each time, with coriander, egg and extra pork toppings, and the broth taste is very unique and the pork is delicious. However the review gets only 3 stars because, for the second time now, they forgot to add my extra egg and pork. I’d really like to think it was a coincidence but I’m sad to say that I feel it possibly was not. Staff, please be more careful - I hope you’re not deliberately “forgetting” toppings and playing on the fact so few Japanese would speak up after they get part way through eating. I only noticed about 1/2 way through because everything was so buried in coriander at the start I just thought the other egg would be in there somewhere - but it wasn’t. Let’s see what happens next time I come... I think if it ends up happening 3 times in a row, one could assume it’s not a coincidence.

Pretty damn good. I got the high spice level and it was just right. Taste is very unique and amazingly balanced. Get the double big pork. Most tender pork I've ever had. Shout out to the brown guy speaking fluent Japanese. U killing it. In a good way. I will come back again and again.

Yet again blown away by the explosion of tastes in this bowl of ramen. Everything from the soft pork to the perfectly cooked noodles was amazing. Highly recommended.

Order: Premium Noodles, normal spices; Extra Noodles; Black TofuUnbelievably satisfying. An assault on my palate so unique that this shop left an imprint. Starting off with the baby corn, I already knew the experience would turn out great! The soup has a great combination of flavor that erupts in your mouth. Their bean sprouts are fried for a while so you don’t get that fresh and full of water taste (hate this) when you munch on them. The meat, I did not expect to be soft and easily broken down, and coated with a delicious sauce, given that this fibery meat is what turns me off from most ramen shops. What was off in my meal was only the egg, without a liquid center, but the overall experience can compensate for this. Also the black tofu was how I like tofu, with insides immersed with flavour, and consumed on its own or with the ramen, either way was not a problem with the flavour. An unforgettable experience overall.

This place is amazing! For people with smaller appetite, you might not be able to finish the whole portion. I suggest you to ask for your noodles to be cut in half to not waste food. The soup base is extremely flavorful. The pork belly is cooked to perfection and it melts in your mouth. The shop provides apron and hair tide for you to keep yourself clean while slurping the ramen. The line gets pretty long during lunch so I'd recommend you come after 2pm. I can expense my meals, but I couldn't figure out how to get a receipt from the machine. The staff was kind enough to handwrite one for me, which I really appreciated!

Best ramen in Japan that I’ve had so far. The flavor is one a kind and the broth is so thick. Ramen will never be the same after trying this place. The noodles are thick and you will certainly be full after eating here. There was a one hour wait but it was definitely worth it!

Really the best Ramen I ever eat. When I am back in Tokio I will try again. And it's really spicey but I love it. Greetings from Germany 👍

Got both ends of the spectrum :)Broth was delicious, but I would go therr for the pork itself, that was ridiculously flavorful! A bite just melts in your mouth, and one bite is never enough! I would order extra pork next time!

Been here twice now, and will return again. I really enjoy the first half of the bowl, but by the end I'm quite happy it's finished. The noodles are thicker than standard ramen, which is nice for a change at first, but can get a bit mushy. I really enjoyed the broth for the most part, but after a point it becomes a bit too fatty tasting, so I couldn't finish. The presentation and experience is pretty cool though, well worth a try!

Got the medium spicy bowl and it was perfect for me. The pork portion was generous and delicious. My friend got the high spicy and it was too much for him to enjoy properly. One of my favourite bowls.

Incredible flavor in possibly the best ramen I’ve ever had. My friend raves about this place and he finally took me there so I let him do the ordering. He ordered us the double pork with the coriander with “less” spice. You can order it with more spice but for my first time I wanted to play it safe. I was not disappointed. Absolutely fabulous. I cannot wait to go back.

Most unique ramen I’ve ever had. A sort of Japanese/Sichuan fusion. Worth a visit if you’re near by, but not sure I can justify waiting in a massively long line

One of the best meals I have had in my life. Delicious is an understatement.Even without knowing Japanese we could order in a machine outside based on pictures. There was a line but we didn't have to wait too long and it was well worth it. Great atmosphere and great price. If you want some good ramen, don't wait, just go. But as stated earlier, be prepared to wait in line a little bit.

Decided to try the devil's ramen and wow. It was really spicy but still delicious. The pork was amazing. Will definitely go back but not for the devil's ramen!

Totally worth it! You order through the vending machine then wait in line until a seat opens up. I got the coriander ramen and it was worth the hype (as long as coriander doesn't taste like soap to you). I had heard this place as spicy so I went conservative and chose medium spice for the chili pepper and high on the sansho pepper and honestly I thought it could have been way spicier. next time i'll be sure to up the spice even more!

Great, different ramen. They do two different types of spice and you get to choose the level. Their pork is good! It’s a must try.

Great extremely spicy ramen. The red bowl is the spiciest with paying extra. The black was extra 150 yen more spicy. They highest was 350 extra spicy. Definitely get to try.

The best Miso ramen I've had, hands down. The reputation is warranted, and it's worth waiting on the long line. Will be back next time I visit Tokyo.

One of the best ramen places out there, a must have if you‘re in Tokyo. Be careful with the level of spiciness, we went for less and it was perfect (quite spicy). Keep in mind that there’s always a line to get in (about 20 minute wait) and it’s only cash.

This ramen was great overall. I got the premium bowl which cost ¥1,200. Noodles, broth, veggies, soft boiled egg, and pork. 100% on point! For a person in love about spicy food, my biggest regret was getting the medium. This was my fault, as I really wanted to enjoy the taste rather than suffer with the double devil level. I regret the medium choice because I didn’t really feel any heat. This only means that I will come back soon to get the devil level. So my recommendation if you really like spicy? Just go for the max because medium really means no spice. I totally understand how the medium could be already spicy already for someone that can’t handle the heat though.

100% different than most ramen I have had in Japan. This one really packs a punch when it comes to flavor and spices. All the coriander particularly really did it for me. The pork was so tender and soft, contrasted by crunchy bean sprouts. It’s a pretty busy place, the line moves quickly, and is bigger than most Tokyo restaurants. The vending machine is easy to use, but I hate the pressure of deciding while people behind me are waiting, so I took a picture.

Line was extremely long. We had to come back the next day at opening, which had no line (Friday). There are 19 seats. The chopsticks are cheap and ordinary.I ordered the ramen with Big Meat and an additional egg. The broth is incredibly rich and delicious. I had medium spice on both peppers. I like spicy food and it was quite miles compared to what I'm used to, so I'll get high spice next time. The egg is soft boiled and tasty but not as liquid in the center as I would have expected. My favorite part was the meat. It fell apart nicely and was easy to take off small pieces with my chopsticks for periodic bites.Highly recommended to use the disposable bib at the table to protect your clothes.

Super tasty! I ordered ramen with bean sprout topping + corn topping, medium spicy level and no sour/sanshe pepper if I’m not mistaken. The broth has a rich taste with a hint of char-grilled pork! Yummy!

One of the best ramens I've had. The broth was flavoursome and the portions were huge. The pork was cooked to perfection. Sensational flavours! It is a small, cosy restaurant so be prepared to queue. We waited around 40 minutes but it was definitely worth it.

Incredible ramen joint in Chiyoda. I'd heard from many people how good this place and had to try it. I chose the less spicy options and thought it tasted fantastic, i probably should have gone with medium as the spice level was actually very low. Overall it was delicious and the pork was divine. The ramen itself was just right and the broth was so unique and delicious. A must go to spot if you're ever in Tokyo.

I am not good with spicy food and so I ordered the mild. It was too mild for me. I would recommend at least going with the medium spicy. I think it tastes better :). My partner ordered the medium spicy but regretted not going spicier. Hope this helps!

This place is beyond amazing. This has to be the best ramen in the Tokyo area. I couldn't believe the amount of flavor packed into this ramen. Went with the medium spice will definitely have to try the hot next time. The pork is one of the best parts of the meal. Perfectly flavored and it's perfect for picking apart. Come hungry and leave satisfied!

Best ramen we got it Japan. I got the hottest free spice level for both chili and Sichuan peppercorns. It was spicy and numbing without being overwhelming. Pork is fall apart delicious. I got extra green onion. Definitely worth the wait in the rain.Go to the vending machine to the right of the door before getting in line.

Such complex flavor! Highly recommend this place for lunch, don’t let the line scare you it moves quick. I had the “high” red chili and medium numbing peppers and it was the perfect balance for me. A true gem!

Delicious big pork ramen. Pork so tender and ramen is very flavoursome. This will go down as one of my favourite meals in Tokyo. I highly recommend enjoying this one. The only one star is their thick noodles.

Came just before opening and wait was very short. We ordered the Devil’s Ramen which was indeed spicy (the staff member who passed us our food wished us good luck!). Our lips were numb for a good hour or so - unlike any ramen we have tried! Noodles are thick and so is the broth. The pork is to die for.

Literally the best ramen I have ever tasted! I went with the less spicy, had a little bit of zing to it but nothing that would blow my head off. The pork was really tender and just fell apart using chopsticks. Generous serving and reasonably priced. Worth the 20 minute wait.
